Shipping Information
**Due to COVID-19 and the uncertainty that is around us, please be patient as we navigate our shipping. We assure you we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but there may be delays if our warehouse is shut down. Thank you for your understanding. **

Please allow 3-5 business days for items in stock to ship. If an item is out of stock, please allow up to 6 weeks for your items to ship. We will notify you with your ship date and tracking information as soon as your products leave our facilities. Shipping cost is calculated by weight, box size and location.

Twin items that are available are stocked unless otherwise noted.
Full, Queen + King will be made to order with a lead time of 4+ weeks.

Room 422 is not responsible for items that are shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer. All shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.

What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Room 422 items as much as we do! If you are not 100% in love with your purchase, we will accept returns for a refund within 7 days of delivery. We will accept returns for a store credit as long as we receive the items within 14 days of delivery.

We accept items for refund or store credit for any item that is in new condition + in original packaging, unused + unwashed. All custom orders (winged headboards, personalized or monogrammed merchandise) cannot be returned.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted beyond the 14 day return period. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to cover the shipping costs for returned items and it will not be included in your refund or store credit.

What is the exchange policy? 
Exchanges are not offered at this time. However, you can return a product for store credit within 14 days of receipt. 

How do I place an order?
Our products can be ordered through our website www.room422.com.

Is Room 422’s collection exclusive? 
YES!  Room 422 is sold exclusively online or through trunk shows.

Where are Room 422 products made?
We design our own textiles and soft goods.  We manufacture all of our bedding in the US. Our artisans craft our products in America, primarily in the southeast. All Room 422 fabrics are original designs and are the intellectual property of Room 422, LLC.

Do you offer personalization, monogramming? 
We do not offer monogramming on our website. We do however offer our applique pillow. All applique pillows are final sale. We cannot honor returns for any personalized products. 

When can I expect to receive my order? 
Please allow 3-5 business days for in stock items to ship. If a component is out of stock, please allow up to 6 weeks for your items to ship. We will notify you with your ship date and tracking information as soon as your products leave our facilities. We don’t anticipate delays, but in the rare case that an item is backordered, we will notify you immediately!

Which forms of payments do you accept for online purchases? 
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Room 422 charges 8% sales tax to all residents in Georgia. If you are ordering outside the state of Georgia, no sales tax will be charged.

Can I change or cancel my order? 
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us.  We do our best to accommodate canceled orders, however if an order has already shipped, additional fees may apply.

Can I request a swatch? 
Yes!  Room 422 is happy to send you a small sample of our fabric. Please email us per request. Please note that dye lots may vary, the colors in the swatches can differ slightly from the color of the finished product. 

Can I wash my Room 422 products?
The majority of Room 422 items are machine washable with the exception of appliqued pillows, fur and vinyl products. All of our pillows, as well as the headboard are made with a hidden zipper to easily remove to clean.  We recommend you wash in cold water and tumble dry on a low setting.  

How do I attach my bedskirt? 
The twin bedskirts (made specifically for dorm beds)  come with three panels. Each panel has 3 sets of ties on each panel. Tie each set of strings around the bed frame.  The ties allow you to adjust the height of the bedskirt to the length of your choice. Use one panel for the foot of your bed and two panels for the long side of your bed. You can also always add velcro to attach the bedskirt if you prefer that way.

Can I ship my order directly to my dorm room? 
Yes, your order can be shipped directly to your dorm or apartment's valid shipping address.  Please be certain your dorm or apartment complex will allow a shipment to be sent directly to you.  Room 422 is not responsible for delivery to dorm rooms or pick-up from mail rooms. In many cases, schools allow you to ship items prior to move-in to be held until you arrive. Please check your shipping policies carefully.

Do you sell your products wholesale? 
Room 422 does not currently sell our bedding line wholesale.  We strive to keep our price points low and affordable, while producing the highest quality product made in America.

Do you make bedding for other size beds (Queen, King)?
At this time, we offer Full, Queen + some King pieces. These items are made to order and have a 4+ week lead time.

Do you offer custom orders?
Room 422 offers custom orders exclusively at trunk shows and our studio. 

Will you make products with fabric provided by customer?
At this time Room 422 will not be able to make any COM orders.
